    Best way to lose weight quickly:

    1. Lots of water every day… 10 glasses +
    2. NO fast food, no soda or beer
    3. Weight training
    4. Interval cardio (look it up if you havent heard of it)
    5. Dont eat after 8 PM
    6. DONT waste time and $ on GNC pills
    7. Eat lots of vegetables and fruit instead of packaged snacks
